    Default Game extractor

I was thinking it would be nice to have something that I could insert in the atv receiver and keep the moose (last week) and or deers head off the ground will draging it. Stumbled across a product they call Game extractor. Looks and seems simple enough. Anyone here have or has used one of these (see picture)?

Since the majority of the weight is on the ground shouldn't have to much impact on my steering?

    Cheers and good shooting

If you have a friend who can weld you could by the metal needed for 20 bucks and weld that up in about an hour.

I've been using an ice fishing toboggan that slides over gaps & uneven surfaces. Plus it gets used for other things. My concern is someone slipping when loading up an animal & getting impaled by one of those forks.

Do the newer ATVs come with a 2" receiver as standard equipment ? ...most the the older ones I see are just hole for mounting ball.

Yup, being using an 'Otter' sled for many years. Makes it easy and slids the weight over all the crap on the forest floor.

Mike, yes alot of the atvs now come with a receiver.

    Sk33t3r, that the product,

I do like the sled idea but how do you carry it around, a lot bigger and bulkier. Most of the areas we hunt we are a 20 to 30 trail minutes off the main roads.
