    Default Dumping raw sewage St. Lawrence River

    Montreal to dump 8-billion litres of raw sewage into the St. Lawrence River...this can't be good for the environment/wildlife....

    It is already so bad at the boat ramps .we are walking through tampon applicators condoms and any other plastic that get flushed down the drain.athat is the stuff that never breaks down. Most of the other stuff that comes down the pipe will degrade .a

    This issue is creating quite a stink in Quebec (pun intended ) They don't want the Energy east Pipeline to go thru, but flushing raw sewage down the river is ok?

    You don't have to go as far as Montreal , read the reports and you will find that after every major rainstorm , the city of "TORONTO " dumps raw sewage into lake Ontario so as not to overload their sewage treatment plants .
    and there are many people fishing lake Ontario and actually consuming the fish they catch. ??????
