You could always send her a nice Thank You note for making enough noise to move the Deer into arrow range and offer her a couple of nice venison steaks. I used the technique for a nut that lived next property I hunt and it worked like a charm. No more racket.

The noise will not bother the deer. I hunt a piece of property and have a stand within 500 yards of a gas station and store. People are yelling, the clicking of the gas pumps, slamming car doors, etc It isn't enjoyable to listen to but the deer don't care only the yotes do. Best to be discreet if you can. If the problem persists as mentioned previously, record her actions and get MNR involved.

Life is too short and your time in the outdoors is limited so I would try and make the best of this situation.

Section 13 of the fish and wildlife conservation act says you can't muck around with a lawful hunt. Sounds like this person fits the bill

But its like any legislation, its a matter of interpretation.

13. (1) A person shall not interfere with lawful hunting, trapping or fishing by,
(a) tampering with traps, nets, bait, firearms or any other thing used for hunting, trapping or fishing;
(b) placing himself or herself in a position, for the purpose of interfering, that hinders or prevents hunting, trapping or fishing; or
(c) engaging in an activity, for the purpose of interfering, that disturbs or is likely to disturb wildlife or fish.

We were shooting skeet at bancroft fish and game and a deer made us pause as it wasn't moving from the range. I have also had them poke their heads over the rifle range.

The deer I shot this year was close to heavy machinery working on hwy 62. 250 yards Away.

I was thinking the same thing. We used to have someone that would blow the horn on their vehicle for almost 1 km of road when they saw one of our vehicles parked on the side of the road. If I had of been able to ID the vehicle and then figure out where they lived I would have dropped off a similar note. Something like this...

"Dear *insert air-horn blower's name here*

I feel that I owe you at least a big thank you, if not a share of the deer I shot yesterday on *landowner's name*'s farm.

I watched a doe and fawn moving along just out of range towards your property when suddenly a loud noise, possibly an air horn, caused the deer to turn back my way. The doe went by rather quickly so I couldn't quite get a shot. Thankfully the fawn took a little longer crossing in front of my stand as it had lost sight of the doe after she bolted at the sound. Not being one to turn down a chance at 'veal of the woods', I quickly put an arrow in it.

Thanks again, I don't think it would have went the way it did if you hadn't assisted me. Please let me know if you would like to try some tasty fawn chops.

Of course, you can make it any kind of deer you like, but I think "fawn" would just drive the nail in a little deeper.

I did this with my neighbor over her tree that fell in my yard...4 days still did not remove. I put notice on her car garage door. By-Law showed up the next evening and threaten to charge me with tresspassing...no chit.... The tree was gone the next day....
