Spypoint mini live

Looking at these. Looking of course for best price. Secondly I helped an old guy here set up a spypoint normal camera and the distance sensor was such a pain. You seemed to either be set to far or to close. I'm assuming although they say they come with a SIM I would imagine somebody wants a monthly fee for that. Any first hand would be appreciated. Looked at bushnell, but bushnell says their USA useful only.
