    Default Blood hounds

I know I just read something about an organization that has blood hounds to help people retrieve game in an notation out of doors magazine. But I can't find the info. A buddy of mine shot a big buck last night but can't find it. And he's desperate to find this deer. He's out in Northumberland county. Any body got any info to help me out to pass on to him.

I found my own information. It's called big game blood trackers Ontario. We have a bloodhound on its way.

Good luck to your buddy. hope he finds the deer.you never said if this was private property or not .I would talk to the neighborhood land owners and let them know what you are up to in case you need to cross property lines to find this deer. Avoid problems before thy happen. D

The blood hound came out and they still couldn't find the deer. They followed the trail for always but the blood trail never amounted to anything. Found a few good spots of blood but no deer figured it might of been a hit to the brisket. But no vitals. His sling got caught up in his crossbow string and through his shot off. Very disheartening!!! We are hoping it was a non lethal hit and this big buck can recover. This buck is what all of us hunters dream of seeing and is a heart breaker not to recover it. They looked all day for the deer.
