Ottawa Hospital Fraud

I call the hospital's reaction complete and utter bullshizzle!
They HAD to have known about this. Ffs, I KNEW about this guy and I had no direct involvement in the hospital, the trades, or services.

I did however have an ex-fiance who worked for HDR and she knew all about the cottage built on taxpayers' dime, the vacations, the rigged bids.
Her own hours worked on Ottawa Hospital projects were often "shifted" to other lesser projects in order to make Frank M look better by bringing big projects to completion under budget.

I asked her a few times why she never spoke up about it and she said (paraphrasing) "It's just the way it is, everybody knows about it. It's almost a big joke."

Everybody knows about it. Yet the hospital is going to play dumb? I dunno... The guy has been doing it for at least 17 yrs. Pretty sure more than a few folks knew and let it slide....

It will come out then. I suspect the crown will pressure other interested parties to roll over and give names. Probably just the tip of the iceberg, would be my guess. Of note...why did they both retire in April 2015???, did they get pensions???

Better question would be. Why the province didn't know.

Just goes to show that corruption and greed exist everywhere and isn't limited to Wall Street, or private. And that yes, even unions and unionized workers......this has the potential to be big and far flung.
