Lemon Juice
I was talking to a lady today and she said that when she cooks venison she will put a squeeze of lemon before she cooks it and then afterwards and says it makes it taste great has anybody ever heard or tried this technique

No but I do put a pinch of cinnamon in the pan when frying Venison.
The wife does not like the smell of venison cooking and that makes her happy .

I wish I had venison this year to try this. LOL
