Has too much time on their hands
when I bought my f150 thy wanted 100$ and change for a sticker .I had to get it changed now it just cost me the regular sticker price ,my father in law got a new chevy 1500 and wanted to pull his big camper he had to get the stickers for the window and a safety so it is not the weight of the truck but the weight you haul or how work the truck ,both trucks are half ton ,to pull the camper he has to safety it every year .the ^police and mto were pulling every one over on the 400 hwy last summer this is how he found out he had to get the sticker and safety Dutch

not sure the exact law on the sticker, but i believe any trailer that can handle more then 7000 lbs needs to be stickered, hence 3500 lb axles, which depending on the maker, are ussually actually rated for around 4200 lbs, but are registered as 3500 lbs to keep it under the threshold...

ANNUAL
SAFETY
INSPECTION
(PMCVI)
These
are
the
yellow
stickers
that
should
be
affixed
to
BOTH
your
truck
and
trailer
and
have
to
be
renewed
every
year.
The
stickers
are
required
on
vehicles
that
have
a
manufacturers
rating,
a
RGW,
the
actual
weight
of
the
vehicle,
or
the
combination
of
both
vehicles
if
hauling
a
trailer,
of
over
4500
kg
.
Example:
If
your
truck
has
a
RGW
of
3000
kg,
and
the
weight
of
the
trailer
is
1501
kegs,
(regardless
if
empty
or
loaded)
a
yellow
sticker
is
required
on
both
vehicles.

I have a 2015 6.6L Duramax and from personal experience on my truck down to -20 no problem. -20 to -30 it still starts but would be better if it was plugged in. Below -30 is trouble without a plug in (have only encountered these conditions twice since I bought the truck).

Still can't ever bring myself to purchase a GM product after tax payers were made to bail them out. If it were a small business going bankrupt because of the mishandling of money the business owner would not be rewarded with loans provided by taxpayers. I really don't care if GM or GMC has a good product today it's the principal of it all .

Then make sure you never buy any Bombardier products or fly Air Canada. There are many other companies who have been greased by government.
I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.
