Their hide sure make great hand warmers for your grips on an ATV.

Going to skin it out tonight if no trapper wants it, I have never skinned something so small though.

Be a good time to try that trick using an air hose to separate the hide from the carcass and just pull it back like a sock.

Good luck Fox. I am sure you will put it to good use but dont be worried about skinning something so small. Just take er slow and check out you tube for pointers.

I'll take it if you don't want it but if your going to do it try not to hit the scent glands and wear disposable gloves.

Fox you could turn them into some nice gloves think Xmas gift for the wife OK maybe you need a couple more for gloves so get a few foxes with the rifle.

This thing was about 2in in diameter, not a big weasel. I skinned it out and did a really good job, except when it came to splitting the tail, buggered that up. I kept the hide minus the tail and tossed it into a bag and into the freezer until I have a few more.

It was a good experience, I assume casing other animals would be similar to this.

scarker, we got a pair of quail for eggs back in the fall, we had to split them up as one was pecking at he head of the other trying to get to the brain, that is the one that was killed.
