Has too much time on their hands
Any day out with buddies (human or four legged kind) is the best regardless of success..

its not as if prime rib or ribeyes are falling out of the sky. if that were the case we wouldn't have so many of the flying raccoons.
the appeal of band hunting sets in after the freezer is filled.

Maybe there are a lot of wildfowlers that aren't as good at wing shooting as they think they are , also when you get broods upwards of 10 to 14 , there will be many of them around. GREAT!
Why are you still hunting them after your freezer is filled? are you just throwing the carcass's away after you remove the bands ?

we just see things different, that's all. I'm just answering the question that was put out there. I'd rather shoot 1 banded bird than 10 nonbanded ones. Its my personal view of how I want to hunt for the upcoming season.
just preference at this point in time. who knows maybe I will go all out and kill em all.

its a figure of speech. no one hates a hunter as much as another hunter.
in case you haven't figured it out yet - not really worried about whether you think what I say on an internet forum is acceptable.
good luck hunting - in whatever way you choose to do so.
