I'd be more concerned about dirt bikers and ATV's. They can completely destroy an area in no time flat and must be stopped at all costs. Just look at some of our Conservation Authority areas. They're ruined.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

So who would they ask? Do you have contact info. on the signs? If you make it difficult for people they will not call, some may not anyway but at least you tried.

So OK to break the law and trespass on marked private property?? I don't remember there being a law saying you need to give contact info.

Choosing which laws you want to obey eh??? Yet you say my family was bad because they poached to feed their family back in the 50's.

You are quite the flip flopper.

Why???? You want them to call, then make it easy for them. When you then confront them, they would not be able to say, ' I did not know who to call' ,and remove from the trespassers one more excuse for their crime. Still following my posts I see GW. Quite the man crush you have there. No flip flop, I have NEVER said trespassing or poaching is okay. Both are wrong for whatever reason.

Drive the 5km and ask around who owns the property. If no one knows then your SOL and find somewhere else. Because you cant find the owner does not give you the right to tresspass. Go to the local park if you dont want to be bothered asking, or buy your own piece of land. Nothing makes land owners more upset than seeing tresspassers. Some dont care your there but i would bet they still wished you would have asked so they know whats going on. As far as i am cocerned it shoudnt be up to the property owner to have to post there land but for people to use there head and realize they dont own the land so they must find out who does and ask to go on the property.

I agree, but don't say YOU WANT people to call and then not make it easy for them to do so. I know, I know, you do not really want them to call , you just want them to stay out. Well maybe a quick phone conversation would help in that regard. I bet if you had the people on that cameras phone #, you would be calling them.(And so you should).

Do care if they call or talk in person but ask! If you can't ask the person then stay the f'n out period. You don't own it or pay the taxes just cause it's not EASY for you to get ahold of the owner means little to me or by the looks of it the majority of us. Trespassing is trespassing and against the law and makes all hunters that stay within the law look bad

Call or knock on the door. I wouldn't put my phone number on a sign for the world to see but that's me
