I don't see why the MNR should provide incentives to get hunters to submit their mandatory report. This is a requirement to hunt certain species so you should do it...period.
For the future i would like to see mandatory reporting if you purchase a licence for turkey and big game, and like the idea of if you didn't report you can't buy a licence for that species the following year. Its part of hunting in Ontario.
