Looking at a Smoke Craft pro angler XL
Anyone own a pro angler would like u feed back ,come with a 70 HS 4 stoke Yamaha
motor .

Excellent boat. Very well made. Stable fishing platform. Drives great. Impossible to find used because no one who has one will even think about parting with it.
Yamaha 70 is a good OB. If thats the package your looking at, just buy it. You can't go wrong, seriously.

The Pro Angler model is a great layout for doing everything on one boat. If you are looking at the 16ft model the 70HP will be a perfect match up with it. If you are looking at a 17ft boat, it will be underpowered for the size of Hull. Being a 70hp 4-Stroke you should be able to scan the outboard and find out hours and any warranty issues in the past. I would also recommend flooding the hull to see if you have any leaking issues. All the best hope it works out for you.
