Mid Summer Fun catching a Brookie !!!!!
Its been awhile since i posted.[COLOR=#1D2129]Well what a morning i had on a nice brookie lake that i will return to in the near future only landed 1 fish but did also lose a couple all the fish were down 17-20 feet again but i was trolling over 30 feet of water on the bottom i could see the spring feed of fresh water coming into lake and thats where the brook trout were. The ride in was a little rough so i made a little video of the day in the bush and what i do to get into lakes i must say a chainsaw came in handy.I also got the fish on video today and the lake was dead calm.Water temp today on surface was 74 degrees.

Great video and fish Sparky! I was wondering at first if you packed a chainsaw along... at least you know that way that there hasn't been too much pressure lately.
I keep seeing your post pop up when I can't watch videos, I keep meaning to get back to watch them later but then.... Glad I saw this one and I'll have to check out the others for sure!
Thanks for posting

In the 6 years of fishing the 5 lakes for brookies have have seen 2 people in boats and in the winter 4 out of the 6 lakes never have tracks on them i also avoid them in the winter also as to keep it looking dead.
