Default Access information for getting into "backwoods" lakes.

    Hey all,

I'll be cottaging in the Huntsville area in mid September.

There are a number of backwoods-type lakes in the area that I would like to check out, if I can find the time.
The lakes are either good brook trout lakes or are stocked brook trout lakes...
I've not yet caught a brook trout and would like to add that to my repetoir so to speak.

I downloaded the BRMB (backroad map book) app and downloaded a couple of adventures (trail and backroad) but they didn't do what I was hoping.
The app seems to show some logging roads but I was hoping they'd show me how to get a canoe into the lake (perhaps indicate a side trail you can use to portage in a canoe).

Before I go ahead and starting spending more money on the "adventures", I thought I'd post here to see if someone can point me in the right direction.

    Thanks in advance.

    Brett
