I'm sure that will change with enough pressure from the CVMA...

I was at my vet in the US last week..2/3 of the cars in the parking lot were from Ontario....not going to be a problem.

Now a debate on the definition of "necessary"! Would a working sporting dog with the tail docked be considered necessary?
