I haven't heard any shots in the area

Our group switched to December hunt. Too many T-shirt days last year during November hunt.

My dad didn't get drawn for second year in a row. We have hunted 81a for 30 years. I switched to 81b two years ago, deer numbers are way down in both areas, some little pockets still hold decent numbers

I also hunted this week in 81a shot a doe and a button buck Thursday morning that was the only two our group saw all week coyotes everywhere between Monday too Wednesday we heard a total of four shots Thursday and Friday none the numbers are way down in this area

Hey Toby, which area of 81a are you referring too. We hunt south end bordering 80 and still have good numbers.

Hunted there all last week. Not many shots as mentioned. Our group of 6 hunters managed a fawn and a small buck. Two other deer were missed. But that's it. Not as many deer around as there were before in this area. Gotta get rid of some coyotes. I've been hunting the area for 20 years and things have really changed. Warm weather doesn't help either.
