Default Slow cooked herb and garlic canada goose

Hi all, as promised, here is my first recipe for Canada Goose. It turned out as good as I thought it would.

SLOWCOOKED HERB AND GARLIC CANADA GOOSE

    INGREDIENTS:
    - 2 Canada goose breasts (may slice large breasts length-wise in half)
    - one 750ml ? bottle Mott's Garden Cocktail Vegetable juice (may substitute tomatoe juice)
    - one package Knorr Herb and Garlic Soup mix
    - pre-cut baby carrots (or cut your own)
    - beef bouillon (liquid,not cubes)

    PREPARATION
    - in large bowl, place rinsed breasts and cover completely with Mott's Garden Cocktail juice – cover bowl with air tight lid
    - marinate for 3 days (this part is important to help tenderize the meat)

    COOKING
-remove breasts from bowl and discard marinade (but do not rinse breasts)
    - place baby carrots in bottom of a medium or large sized slow cooker – line the bottom with the carrots as best you can
    - in mixing bowl add two cups of water and package of Knorr Herb and Garlic Soup mix
    - mix well until dissolved
    - add one cup beef bouillon - mix well
    - place breasts in slow cooker on top of baby carrots
    - slowly pour in the dissolved soup mix & bouillon mixture
    - ensure breasts are completely covered
    - if not, add beef bouillon to top up as needed
    - cook on low for 8 hours (small to medium breasts) to 9 hours (large breast)

Remove breasts and carrots and serve with potatoes or rice as preferred. Season to taste. The mixture remaining ]in slow cooker is gravy – ladle over meat / potatoes / rice per preference. Can serve 2 (small breast)or 4 people depending on portions. Enjoy!
