September 1st: Black bear, deer(bow), and falconry seasons open in many WMUs; waterfowl and woodcock open in Hudson-James Bay District; geese in Northern District
September 2nd: Waterfowler Heritage Day in Hudson-James Bay and Northern Districts
September 5th: Geese and mourning doves open in Central District
September 6th: Black bear opens in remaining central and southern WMUs
September 7th: Early goose and mourning doves open in Southern District
September 9th: Waterfowler Heritage Day in Central District
September 10th: Waterfowl opens in Northern District
September 15th: Grouse and small game open in select units; woodcock opens in Northern District
September 16th: Moose bow opens in selected units; Waterfowler Heritage Day in Southern District; waterfowl opens in Central District
September 18th: Elk season opens in harvest areas
September 20th: Woodcock opens in Central District
September 23rd: Waterfowl opens in Southern District
September 25th: Grouse/small game opens in many southern WMUs; woodcock opens in Southern District
