With the closing of cottontail (and pretty much everything I can bowhunt) I'm getting the itch for more bowhunting opportunities and I noticed the New Breed Farm not far from me.
My main question is if it's practical at all to hunt pheasants from a blind with a decoy? I'm definitely not wing shooting any and a shot from the ground on a stalk doesn't seem too realistic with the tall grass.

Game farms play by different rules. On the designated property seasons and limits don't apply basically what you pay for and while supplies last. Off the property regular season and limits apply.Quote:

I nailed five or six of them over the years, always on the ground, never even attempting to pull back on the compound if they took off flying. Funny I never got a deer with that bow in 17 years of trying!!!
