You have to be ready because if North Korea ever launches a nuke at the U.S. their aim might not be so good and it may end up there some place -
I think he would be more likely to try for the communication satellites first. If you remember from a few years back....the North Koren's showed they are darn good at hitting a bird in orbit.
But, but....the two Korean teams played hockey together.

I remember when the power was out a few years ago. People staring like zombies at their cell phone, till the network came up and they all tried to make a call and crashed it.
