More darkish humor if you ask me. Joe is right the NK have very bad aim with their ICBMs. Suface to space interceptor missles is a different story.

Personally I think it would be funny to see people lose their collective poop if the communication sats was down for a couple hours from a line of bad code.

I remember when the power was out a few years ago. People staring like zombies at their cell phone, till the network came up and they all tried to make a call and crashed it.
