Under our self defense laws,we're allowed to match force with equal force when a person is in reasonable fear of grievous harm or death dealing with an armed assailant or someone who states they intend to do so. If a weapon happens to be available,including a firearm,so be it. Canadian case law is full of incidents of crooks being killed where no charges were laid or were withdrawn before trial.Quote:
