You don't. No one cares where you caught them because that does not matter. I'll say it again, for the third time. If you have an Ontario license, then you have to abide by Ontario limits. If you get stopped, you show your Ontario license and that's the end of it.
If you are stopped in Ontario and have more fish in possession than you are allowed with your Ontario license, then there is going to be a problem. It doesn't matter where you caught them. You will be charged, and it is up to YOU to fight it in court.
Which, if you have an Ontario license and more fish than you're allowed by Ontario regs, means you will lose and wind up paying the fine.
This is very, very simple.
