So let me very clear....im not looking for a loophole. Im specifically talking about lake temiskaming if you want to know. After june 15th you are allowed 5 walleye not slot size. Most other places 4 walleye only 1 over 18in. So if im allowed 5 any size and rolling down hwy and get checked how do i prove where i caught them?

You don’t have to prove anything. Just say where they were caught. The crown has to prove an offence was committed ....

Don't over think it. If using an Ontario license, then those regs and limits apply, even if on the Quebec side of the lake. Been fishing both sides of Lake Temiskaming for years, using my Ontario license and abiding by Ontario laws and limits. Been checked out (on the water) without issue. If stopped on the road, tell them where you caught them.

You don't. No one cares where you caught them because that does not matter. I'll say it again, for the third time. If you have an Ontario license, then you have to abide by Ontario limits. If you get stopped, you show your Ontario license and that's the end of it.
If you are stopped in Ontario and have more fish in possession than you are allowed with your Ontario license, then there is going to be a problem. It doesn't matter where you caught them. You will be charged, and it is up to YOU to fight it in court.
Which, if you have an Ontario license and more fish than you're allowed by Ontario regs, means you will lose and wind up paying the fine.
This is very, very simple.

That's not exactly how it works. If you get stopped and have more than the Ontario limit, then you will be charged. It is up to YOU to prove otherwise.

You seem to be missing my point. And not everyone is out to look for loopholes and cheat the system.
