I do cold bass on a bun for breakfast with leftovers, like it almost better then fresh out of the pan. Sometimes use a bit of seafood cocktail sauce as well on it and a slice of process fake cheese.

We do fish wraps all the time. Fry as per usual, put on a wrap with some greenery of some sort, splash a bit of mayo on it. Delicious. If you want it spicy mix some sriracha sauce in the mayo before hand and slather it on.
