It wasn't a bill notification, it was a sales pitch from a sales person that doesn't understand the concept of Bcc.Quote:

Unfortunate that this happens but as others have said there is no personal information contained in an email address. I would email the individual back and let them know of their mistake. It has happened many times to me and it can be annoying.
