Terry, this generation is made up of kids! New cars/trucks, ATV's, huge mortgage's, cottages, swimming pools, 4 TV's in the home, electronics, sunny vacations, and the list goes on n on..... All of it on credit! Big numbers spouted in the news means nothing to them. Just another loan to pay off, is what most of them think. Immediate gratification for long term pain.

My parents had a modest home and one tv. Cars were bought used often times. Nobody felt cheated or felt they needed more.
