That's right - if some company goes against what you believe don't support them in anyway - personally I've been doing that all my life - if I see some company put on an advertisement that I don't like I don't buy their product - I would rather pay more someplace else than support such a company - if enough people did that you would get these political correct wimps to wise up
I understand what you are saying, and agree with some of it, but you should know that this is the same thing that MEC's other customers (the politically correct wimps, as you call them) have threatened to do in an effort to get them to drop the products supplied by the company with ties to firearms. In the case in question, hunters and sport shooters are only a small fraction of the company's customers. At best, boycotting the company because of their decision is only an expression of preferences and beliefs - that's all - and that's fine. In this case it's naive to believe that if all hunters and sport shooters boycotted the company, it would cause the "political correct wimps to wise up".Quote:
