Interestingly enough, the alleged shooter is dead. So keeping investigation, and details closed in the effort to successfully prosecute is not the motivator.
However, the accused apparently was looking for his estranged ex-partner. Circumstances, which if merited it, would have resulted in a temporary seizure of any legal firearms he possessed.
NS is woefully understaffed by the RCMP outside of the main population centers.
I am not normally a conspiracy theorist, but the conduct of the RCMP throughout this seems an awful lot like damage control.
Remember some on here want guns banned and some on here believe if you put a military stock on a gun it becomes a super powerful assault rifle unlike with the old stock.
This was done by a deranged man, who it was already known by local Police that he had a car done up exactly as a Police. He also had an Authentic Police Uniform which I believe is also not allowed. No amount of laws would have stopped him. I suspect we will find that he did not have a PAL and the firearm was illegal. The fact Trudeau jumps on this and pretty much blames gun owners shows how low Liberals really are.
