I spoke to one of the guys at Bass Pro, and it seems our Government likes the revenue they receive with the large Canadian stores, they don’t seem to want individuals to order on their own. A couple of years ago I tried to order a red dot sight but was denied because of some ridiculous protocol of not sending from the US to Canada because it's a a firearm accessory. So just for the heck of it I ordered a knife with a 4" fixed blade, and that was no problem.
Makes no sense.
