I did mine last November by using the on-line form fill-in feature,print it off,attach the "certified" photograph (mug shot,LOL) and mailed it off. I had my new PAL in three weeks. Easy-peasy.Quote:

How long before your expiry did you renew?

Got my notice 2 1/2 months before my birthday, printed the forms, got a pic and mailed it back the same week. Got my new card in just under 4 weeks with almost a month to spare.
just a bit of info in case it's not known; Walmart (at least the newer ones) take the pics you need in the photo section. A whole lot cheaper (about $11) than going to a Passport Photo studio (about $20).
