Could This Happen in Canada

The major cause of crime and poverty is the break down of the family - until that is taken care of there is no solution to this major problem - and where is this most prevalent - in the inner cities - where 73 % of babies are born to single mothers - until this trend is reversed and fathers take the responsibility of raising their children crime and poverty will not go away - a child that is raised in a broken family - no matter what the skin color - will have a big disadvantage when competing with a child that is raised in a structured family where the child is taught right from wrong and is supported - unfortunately that is not happening to many inner city children -

There is a cultural difference as well. In one culture If you got a girl pregnant when you where 16, you got a union card for Xmas/birthbay and a shift at the mine. In the other culture the girl can live better( or at least they think it is better) if she says she don't know who the father is.

Check in and see what poverty looked like in the 1930s and earlier, back when families stayed together.

Furthermore, if your claim that the family breakdown is what is causing the poverty and all your problems, which are all causes by immigrants, take a look at the family dynamic of immigrant families. Immigrant families are not breaking up like those American and Canadian problems.

Yes certain cultures are more prone to violence, we call them Americans. Your prison is full of Americans who's culture has been in the country for 300 years, how do you get more American than that?

The US has only Existed 1776.
2018 - 1776 = 242 years. What year you living in?
By the way a large percentage of the Prison Population is made out of Illegals( NON citizens).

So I was off by a few years, but most of those criminals in their prison are Americans, even if they were stolen from Africa over 200 years ago. 10 generations in America, make you American, their 'culture' is American. They have learned well, from the very violent history of 'their' country. They live by the rule, 'might is right'.

I did not know Hispanics came from Africa. Thanks for telling me. I ALWAYS thought they came from places like Mexico and central or South America.
