This is entirely within provincial powers and is sorely needed.
Instead, they have extended a symbolic benefit of negligible individual value to a large number of people, including those who are only veterans of the QM stores of reserve force Service Battalions. And the collective impact of that benefit on the SPA is important.
Tell me again how this is good policy. I need a laugh.
