I see what you mean. As for charges,maybe just because the animal rights dorks will scream for them,but,a conviction is extremely unlikely.

Still, it’s a tragedy that anyone was killed....but, those who choose this type of ill conceived action, are the authors of their own misfortune !! As said, I feel sorry for the driver. He or she will be haunted by this for years ...
