Visible minority are filling the jails.

Thanks again.......yes they are also two great examples of defeated nations. If it was not for the British they would still be fighting with swords and shields and chasing sheep. The British conquered the better part of the globe - they did not stand a chance in their own back yard.

If you knew anything about criminals you would probably realize by now that the best of them, stealing the most are almost never caught and
mostly never jailed. Think Wall Street, Bank's, JP Morgan,..... oh and Conservative Government Governments with tax break's for all of them and Corporate Welfare and de regulation.

Where did the British recruit the best soldiers? Ireland and Scotland, Why, because they were left impoverished and that was one of the only job's going. Remember the Act of Union was not a military defeat it was an economic pact that suited Scotland.

Had the English not had that peace they would have owned nothing, they would still be fighting the Scot's and Irish.
