It is exactly that compliance and servitude that I gave, is the reason I now have a voice, when for 30 yrs I didn't question anything. I was a happy unknowing, not questioning anything person and believed government actually had our best interests in mind. They don't, and it is certainly not the Canada today when I joined in 1980. We have less freedoms, less rights, and more taxation. So what did I defend. I find it hard to argue with those have not understood what has been lost in freedoms and rights in the last 40 yrs. These are all things I had before I joined and thought I still had until I went to get PAL..and it was through firearms rights, defense of property and person I changed my views.
SO the heads that need to shaken are the ones who don't want or understand rights. But it is pretty hard to educate those who have never had them.
