Butchering, cutting, wrapping and flash freezing were included in the price. Not too bad, but,it's a damn sight more expensive than a Pheasant hunt. There's quite a few Wild Boar around western NY where the relations live and they thought they'd be able to hunt locally and save a bunch of money, however, the State of New York has adopted the theory that hunting hogs results in increased breeding sending their population much higher. Farmers are still allowed to shoot hogs destroying land and crops, but, from what I'm told,a moratorium has closed hunting seasons pending further research.
