I have western New York relatives that hunt a Pennsylvania farm outfitter once a year for 3 days (when the hams and pork chops run out). It's not cheap, about the same as what we would pay for a day at a Pheasant farm, but, they rarely come back empty handed.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

This begs the question, how
Much is it to hunt at a pheasant farm for a day?

Ya! Because last time I was looking at the guided pig hunts in PA, you could spend upwards of a grand for the day just on two pigs. Then there was guide fees etc on top of that.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

Depends on how many birds you want them to put out at $20.00 and up per bird.
Some places do have a minimum .

A ten bird minumum( $200) is still a far cry from $500 a hog. Two people can hunt the ten birds, only one person hunting that hog.

Trimmer21 said it was costing about the same price to hunt hogs, as a bird hunt.
You said it's 20 bucks or more, but there sometime a minimum number birds that had to be bought/released.
I was saying that even if the minimum was 10 birds at 20 bucks( $200), that is still way cheaper then $500 for a hog in PA.

Well,I talked to the relations and it seems my costing was out to lunch. They stopped going a couple of years ago when the outfitters started to charge guide fees of $200 per day per hunter. Their four day hunts including meals and accommodation were $250 per day PLUS the guide fees worked out to $1800 per hunter. They were only charged $100 per hog. Butchering, cutting, wrapping and flash freezing were included in the price. Not too bad, but,it's a damn sight more expensive than a Pheasant hunt. There's quite a few Wild Boar around western NY where the relations live and they thought they'd be able to hunt locally and save a bunch of money, however, the State of New York has adopted the theory that hunting hogs results in increased breeding sending their population much higher. Farmers are still allowed to shoot hogs destroying land and crops, but, from what I'm told,a moratorium has closed hunting seasons pending further research.

Not a problem.
It happens at your age.
I want to a store to get some stuff once. They were a hair dresser shop now! I swear I was JUST at the store three weeks before and bought computer parts.
