This is my 15' Peterborough, definitely not the boat I had at White Lake. It's 15' long (I can't remember the beam) and it has a 50 HP Evinrude.
Roe+
Well here it is, try not to drool lol. 17.5 Kawartha custom bought new when i was 14 (im now 27) . It has custom aftermarket cup holders from CDN Tire, Old crappy cooler as a live well ( with my frabill arrator, works great ) Cheap Wallmart seat covers, The best thing on it is my trucker girl decals, Got them in Biloxi Miss before the hurrican took out the town.

I sold this one this spring. Hit some rocks in G-Bay and didn't want to be off the water all summer waiting for the new leg. Damn 220L of Gas at $1.50 on water is killer. It only last one day of going fast.

I think I may just have to close this thread due to my extreme jealousness over all you lucky guys with rides! Very nice...thanks for sharing. Maybe I'll see one of you guys on the water (just look for the guy witht he mask waving from shore).
18 foot Wilker. She's real good in the rough water.

My digital crapped out on me but will describe it. 19 foot princecraft "superpro" with a 150 and 15 kicker. 4 pedestals, walkthru bow. She does about 110 k but will only do that on a very calm day. The name is about 3 1/2 feet long on each side "MASTERBAITER". The "I" is a worm with a purple helmut on with a hand wrapped around it and it's eyes bugged out. Very funny, my buddy is a graphic designer. I spelled Helmut that way for you KC!!!!! LOL
16ft Starcraft with 25 Mariner 2 stroke. I built a casting platform and 55lb Motor Guide Wireless.
Might as well join in 97 Skeeter with a 150 Yamaha, 18.5 ft long.

this my ride a 12 foot sportspal currently she is out of the the water but when she is I put a 24lb thurst trolling motor on the back, hopefully i will have some pics of this weekend with her in the water with some fish to show, now why the hell do you need a fancy bass boat when i have a fishfinder in this baby a cooler/livewell and a fish on the end of my line. yup life is good.:goodstuff:
Wouldn't be caught dead in a lund way over priced and under powered I have owned a tinny for 3 years and fished bass tournies out if it and you just can't compete against the bass boats they spend there time fishing not traveling from fishing spots and boat control is a big part of bass fishing and if its windy your fighting it all day long in a tin boat. I can buy a bass boat that will do 65mph for less than the price of a 17 foot lund with a 90hp on it. It all comes down to preference I want a 21 foot ranger with a 250xs on it but can't afford that so I will have to see what I can find in my price range
I was fishing a tournament on lake champlain last september with my ranger Z22 with a 250 verado in heavy wave action, No problem with waves comming over the top it's all about control and being SAFE. Common sense is the rule when fishing big water. Just my 2 cents .:goodstuff:
16 foot deep v camo starcraft 20hp Evenrude, 38" livewell with a 40lb thrust electric motor.
Suites my needs just fine for Hunting and fishing & Exploring.

Here it is....just a $200 fibreglass canoe. Just happens to be one of my favorite styles waterfowl hunting, jump shooting in creeks. The pic was taken on an early spring canoe trip with my buddy. I paddled over 40 km's that weekend lol
for a guy who dreams of one day owning a boat, seeing how much you paid for these would certainly help..JK. I'm hoping to have a canoe in say...the next decade. I'll get by with my waders for now.
what are you looking at srt8
hound
South of the border they like to have a little extra when it comes to getting into those Inaccessible waters..
http://i247.photobucket.com/albums/g...rangerpic2.jpg
You really don't but glass bass boats are high perfomance boats designed for the tournament angler. In any given tournament you may have multiple spots which is important to get to as quick as possible, also the ability to make long runs away from the crowds. When there is ten's of thousands of dollars as stake everyone is looking for an edge. Plus who does not like going over 70mph
Here's my rig before the re-finishing.
An 88 Bayliner BassTrophy with a 125 Force. Although the Force is considered crap, I've had great luck with it but am still working on a deal for a newer 150 Merc.
Although not the most desireable being a Bayliner, she's been a great rig for me and slowly coming along with upgrades.
Cheers
Here's my beauty!!
10ft tin tippy with a 3 hp Evinrude Lightwin from the early 60's. Sweet little trolling boat for specs in those hard to get to lakes.
Not so good in rough water (anything over 6" waves haha):goodstuff:
Picked up my Lund 16 Pro Angler... CHEAP!!!
It's got the floor, livewell, trolling motor with a new(er) Yam 30 hp. Moves along just fine (mind you when I've saved up a few more pennies I'll be upgrading to the 40hp 4 Stroke) Perfect for where I go - a few smaller lakes and every so often some big water.

Other ride is a 1980 18.5ft starcraft bowrider sorry but i got no pics on this computer
12' ALUMINUM 5HP MERC. Mine for 8 years, fits on a truck or on its trailer. Downrigs for salmon and hunts ducks in shallow marshes. Love it!!
2001 Skeeter SX180 with 130 HP V4 Yamaha. I love this boat.
Here's mine, bought this spring.
Well here is my Lund and this is the second season for it comes with 90hp 4 stroke Honda, sweet ride!
My new Lund Classic 1775 Sport with a 90 Yamaha Four Stroke. I just got it this June. It was a new, non current model boat at the dealer. I ve always like the look of this boat and when I saw it advertised for sale I couldn t resist. The motor is a new 09. So far I m really happy with the boat. It runs pretty quick and has all the options I wanted .. livewell, rod and tackle storage .. lots of compartments to store my lifejackets, raingear etc... It also has the full stand up top which keeps me dry in the rain. I had a Lund WC 16 with a 25 HP Yamaha Four Stroke prior to buying this one a month or so ago. I sold that one to Woody who is most likely filling it with fish up north right now.
Fisher 16 feet. 50 hp 2 st Mercury.

My buddy and I just got a hold of this old 14' Sportspal from another friend. Just got it all painted up hpoing to use it for duck hunting this fall. Had it out fishing this weekend and got skunked. Oh well theres always next weekend.
Anyone used a sportspal before? Supposedly they are good for hunting and you can shoot out of them (says the manufacturer). Looking forward to seeing what we can do with it this fall!!
We made sure to keep the logo on it!!
Don't laugh... It ain't the prettiest but I catch alot of fish in this boat... I also fish from a sportspal or my kayak
http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...yNBay/Boat.jpg
p.s. bowj--I have duck hunted from a sportspal and it works great. Very comfy and you can get down low. Just make sure the leaks are limited otherwise after the foam gets soaked, you are sitting on wet foam and it gets uncomfortable.
here she is!! down in Queenston

Nice ride screwbs looks like she's in great shape.
Nice ride screwbs, you going to white lake with that next year ?
Hey guys, I`m new around here. Just wanted to say Nice Rides! I have a 19.5`closed bow tempest, with a 165 mercruiser I/O, Chev straight 6. Runs greats, takes the rougher water just nice, but she`s for sale.. I hate the huge motor cover taking up all my space, and getting in my way all the time! I just picked up a old (not sure the year) 17.5`Sea Ray and two old 75hp Johnson O/B`s for a 100.00! the boat needs some restoration, but no leaks! both motors run great. I`m going to convert it into a fishing rig, rather than the cruiser it was orignionally planned to be. I`ve got a pretty good idea in my mind of what I want, but if anyone has pictures/idea/website links.. of highly modified fishing rigs, I would really appreciate it.
Anyways guys, just wanted to say hello.
Thanks.
Just picked her up. Trolling is bit tricky. Gas is getting heavy on the ol' wallet. Not too many rod holders. Still haven't the live well. But man does she rip!!!
Picked up this 18 ft sea nymph this past winter. 70 hp evinrude. Runs great, have since changed the trolling motor to a 55lb motorguide wireless and upgraded fishfinder to a gps fishfinder. Got a great deal on boat for $1800 for boat, motor, trailer and 3 tops. Was covered in snow when I bought it and never even looked inside the price was so good. Started right up in the spring.
Here is a shot from the Bay of Quinte walleye opener.
Also have a 14' springbok with an johnson 9.5 for duck hunting.
2007 Lund WC16DLX with a 25Hp Merc. Sold my 19' Searay so I could have a smaller boat I could launch myself just about anywhere. Nowhere near as safe in big water, so I have to pick my days, but easy to launch in the smaller lakes. Bought it new at the "Old" fishing show from Clarence and Doug in Hamilton. Great service and good guys to deal with. I'm almost happy....but have convinced myself I need a trolling motor, so if anyone has one for sale.........
Not a great pic but heres me in my baby coming into the dock.
2007 Lund Tyee GranSport, 135 Honda main, 8 Honda kicker.

Here is my Triton TR 176 with a 115hp Merc Opti. This lil boat can haul!
I think the title of this thread should be "Show us your ride and tell us what you do for a living" because I need to know what second career I need to get into, to get these rides (or anything even close).
haha nice rides boys.
This is my old rig, 2000 Crestliner Sportsman 16' with a 2001 25hp Yamaha slow stroker..
This is my current rig, 2006/Tracker Grizzly/1654SC with an 06, efi 40hp slow stroker reproped with a 10 3/4 , 12 pitch, 3RH , same fuel comsumption as the yamy 25 but with dbl the get up and go. The whole shot on this thing is amazing with the prop change, GPS at 34.8 mph.... 31mph with dekes dogs and guys and very little lag out of the hole....I would love to upgrade to a 60hp and add a jack plate when I have the extra cash!!!!!!

Awesome boats guys. How about those winter rides!!!
http://forums.oodmag.com/picture.php...pictureid=1861
I bought this this winter instead of a snowblower. I figured this way there is no way in hell I would have to shovel.
Hopefully lots of fun safe week-ends on the ice. If we can ever get some decent snowfall amounts when the ground is frozen I can cover a bit of the trail systems.
First boat 1997 167sc Princecraft. Nice. ldub

Hey Isn't owning a boat a prerequisite to becoming administrator lol. little joke sorry not very nice I know.
That's The BOQ. Not my place I wish. Rented this cottage a couple times. ldub
Here's what used to be my Ride...sold her 2 years ago...a father and Son team bought it (same as when me and my Dad bought it)...it just wasn;t the same after Dad passed away.....I hope they are enjoying her to the fullest because time does slip away....anywho, 18' Hydrasport w/ all the bells and whistles...I miss her:sad:

14.5 ft, 40 hp for when I don't want to paddle, but the other gets used more!
And before someone questions where the life jacket is, it's not in the pic because it's on my back!:fish:
Here is my new ride! I get to pick it up April 30th. 2010 Sylvan Expedition Sport 1800DC. I got a 115 EFI Merc & 75HP Trolling Motor. Still working on picking out what electronics to put on her!
Here is my last one, a great fishing boat.
http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o...Picture002.jpg
It has been sold to make room for the next. Not sure what it will be yet. Lund tyee, princecraft or a center console maybe. There is allot of good deals out there right now!
hey paul that thing must go pretty good with a 40 on it...
Goes well, pulls a skier no problem, but the difference between the 20 that I had on it and the 40 is a tank for a weekend with the 20, to 2 tanks for the weekend for the 40. Not that much faster for twice the gas.
It can handle some pretty rough water on the big lakes. It will do better than the occupants!
Here is my last boat which I used for 3 years. it is a 14'9" fibreglass Edson Resorter with a 40 Mariner on it. I added the aftermarket power tilt and trolling plate. It was a good boat but not big enough for the waves of lake Nipissing.
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...lex/boat-1.jpg
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r...lex/boat-2.jpg
Then I bought this one at the end of last summer. It is a 17' Starcraft Walleye Edition with a 90 Yam on her. It has a large live well up front and a separated live well in the back. She is a little beat up but has all the bells and whistles I need. I added a new Lowrance fish finder on the front. Didn't get to use her too much last year but she will be sitting in the water at my slip for the full season so should get me some nice walleye and a couple monstor Northerns I hope.

I have to agree with Rodbender on the 1st page about the Peddle boats (paddle boat). I love going to the in-laws and floating around with a cold beverage. Perfect trolling speed.
My new ride, and my first step up from my 12' tin 1970 Starcraft :D. Still at the dealers, picking up in March. Crestliner Kodiak 16, with 50hp Evinrude ETEC Tiller

sweet ride there ratherbe.....
I had to come look to see what I will be riding in this summer....lol
when we head out .....
enjoy that new ride buddy
been drillin
Auger
ice is out in april and we can start fishing with the perch festival................
by late nov you are going to be sick of that boat, lake muskoka, lake cooch, sparrow lake, lake st.john and fishing in general.............
you are going to be wishing you spent the summer golfing........lol........
Is that a new boat ratherbe? If so, have you had her out yet? It's a nice looking boat and the Johnson should push it along pretty good.
Did you purchase it up here or down south? First year I had my bassboat I think I drove it everyday, now all I want to do is upgrade items, add more crap and keep trying to make it faster, still love my boat after 3 years. I'm in the same state as you I can't wait for the ice to melt.
it was listed on kijijijij and on BFB............bought it down in southern ontario..............
it will run in the low 60's...........fast enough for most days.............there are posts on other forums about this boat............a guy has 225 on the back of his and ran her at 91mph.............scared the poop out of him and he propped her back down to 80mph..........boat could not handle that fast...very unstable and felt like it was coming apart at the seems......lol you figure.........
may upgrade some day to a 20 fter with a 225 but that is a lot of boat to haul and launch ....i fish alone a lot of the time and a boat that big doesn't really suit my needs...............
the only thing you gain with the bigger boat is another 15mph............
this one will do for now...........don't plan on messing with the set up just to gain 10mph............or adding anything..........it has a finder built in the dash and another up front and a gps/finder at console as well.............good electric on it and a on-board charger...........there is nothing that needs to be added except water........
My first was a 1997 14ft Seanymph 25hp. My new baby is a 2004 16.5 Lowe 60hp
heres our princecraft. Used to have a 25 johnson, upgraged to 40 4 stroke yammie. Mainly used for downriggin'. Shes got a big jon and a strike vision rigger with camera an everything... lol.

IT IS FOR SALE FYI. I need more horseys and length. It gets the job done just fine though, alot of fish have met the live wells.
A trade is in the works with hastings marine right now.....SO act fast if your interested.
nice boat scottser... thought you were a trout fisherman though??? lol
LMAO why can't you fish trout in my boat? I can canoe on the small lakes but I miss my trolling motor for sure, call me lazy!

John
jesus pancho!! thats one helluva boat...!!
YA I thought i had a big boat.NICE
ya that is a nice big boat. but now you have a problem.... and that is towing it around, how do you do it. do you have to hire someone to tow it from one place to another? pretty sweet boat though
i am sure by the time you have a boat like that you already have a big truck.
Beautiful boat!! I have always liked the center console type boats... Don't know why you don't see more of them around here..?? Would be perfect for the great lakes... Go to Florida and that's about all you see.
Thanks for the nice gestures guys towing it really isini t a problem i have a 2500 hd gm and youreally dont feel it much previous to this boat ihad a 18 ft fisherman great boat and it feels almost similer i guees the dual axles help theboat is only 22ft looks alot bigger i guess i went to the centre console after fishing on a friend of mines we fished lake erie al day in steady 3 to four footers very comfortable all day and i ws sold so of to florida i went if anyone is thinkink ofa CC i would highly recomend them all the room you need ill see if i have some pics of the interior ill post them take care guys.
how do those boats compare to a boston whaler?
owned from new. Great big water boat.
mystripper is a great boat very seaworhy great in rough water you can fish alot of days when others cant it has a ton of room for fishing wheather your trooling or drifting but ive never been in a boston whaler i have been in an edgewater which is similer to the whaler and i can onestely say you cant compare a stripper with those calibre boats there in a leage of there own a whaler in my opinin is one of the best made boats out there contender also is a 1st class boat and if you want to see a dream boat google CAPE HORN boats the nicest in my opinion all hand built there is alot of boat companies in the US we dont evenhere about here in canada i have a friend in florida with a 20 ft century bay boat and i think it would be a great boat for down here in ontario for big or small water its plenty deep lots of room built like tanks and half the price of a high end alluminum boat as for thewhaler mabee next boat or a grady white check out the hull truth great sight for boats.
I looked at a few Stripers 21WA, but the premium was more than I was willing to pay. You know if the OPP use them they are tough, and costly.
My 1970 aluminum runabout, mfg unknown,1970 35 hp Chrysler,it's no classic but mint condition.Allways on boat lift in front of my place so I can cruise whenever the mood hitshttp://i631.photobucket.com/albums/u...cture167-1.jpg

12 ft kayak powered by a V8 what can I say I am a northern boy stuck in the city!!!!!!
Worked really well
I actually got caught doing this with a GT snoracer and the cop gave us a warning but told us that the driver was really lucky to be leaving with his lisence and we were off the road in a feild .she was nice about it and had a good laugh because she watched us for a few mins before we saw her and she saw me on the GT wipe out bad hitting a big snow boulder and busting the ski right off prolly why she gave us a warning cause she saw me rolling around on the ground holding my knee which swelled up like a soccer ball .
Yeah it was a public area she said it was dangerous driving and could take our lisence on the spot I would asume they would call it stunt driving now just to put the screws to ya LOL
Just picked up my brand new Lund Explorer. Currently I am having a custom snap on cover made because I don`t like the Lund one. Then I will have to install the kicker and a ladder and I`m pretty much ready for fishing season :)

What size is the big motor? That Lowrance HDS looks like a nice unit as does the whole package. Nice boat.
Now that's a nice boat! Does it have the flip down extra seating in the rear deck? Come with a bimini and full top?
Nice package Kris2020!!!!
just picked up my new to me boat she's old but doesn't show her age 18.6 starcraft with 120hp inboard.

Finally pulled her out and cleaned her up.Here she is! 24 1/2 foot Penn Yan Contender.Had her for 3 years and is a great big water boat.My fishing partner(4seasons) took her across the lake last year from port weller to port credit to fish in the Sun derby fish off and it took him over 3 hours in 12 to 15 foot waves and she made it no prob. The waves were crashing over the hard top and into the back of the boat and he said he didn't feel unsafe once. She's a tank.
Thanks bud,We put it in last night hoping to get out this morn but my kids and wife all have the flu,and my other buddy had to much school work and another guy got stuck working and 4seasons didn't want to go by himself in the winds for the first trip of the year.So maybe tonite or tomorrow morn.Let me know what days are good for you.;)
Here is the new ride, splash her today.

Love the lunds.Nice boat.
Chalk up another for the center consoles! (Nice rig Pancho!)
Boat #1
The "Pretender". Name is a reconstruction of "Contender", a popular offshore boat line in FL. The people at Contender printed the matching decal for me special. Originally known as a MitchCraft, it's 18' and about 8' wide. 112spl 1995 Evinrude powering it. I bought the boat at 16, tore her down to the bare hull at 19, and finished rebuilding her all the next year. She's seen years of salt, 8' seas in the Atlantic, 500lbs hammerheads, and a lot of bikini clad (and sometimes not-clad) ladies. It also helped me snag my wife :)
funny story: I was unloading camping gear in SW FL for about 20 minutes. Couldn't get the boat free since the tide dropped. This picture is of the boat (and my wife) several hours later as the tide continued to fall.

Boat #2
"Dead Ringer Too". Named after the original "Dead Ringer" a boat that saw lots of hunts with way too much weight and plenty of dead ducks. A new boat was purchased to handle the added weight of a 23hp Mudbuddy engine. Before she even saw the water, I was rear ended and the boat totaled (after making a 3 hour trip almost to the ramp) This boat was purchased 1 day before the duck season opened. My buddy and I spent all day stripping the old boat (which we had spent weeks rigging) and had the new boat completely rigged in time to scout that afternoon. My dad actually bought the boat and motor and I paid for everything else, but when I moved up to ON, he gave me the rig since he wouldn't be hunting much anymore.
She's a 16', 48" beam riveted Triton. Wired with headlights, spotlight, GPS, bilge pump, nav lights. Homemade paint job and pop-up blind. Bottom painted with super-slick epoxy. Further customized by falling trees, submerged steel posts and a lot of stumps :)

Hey guys, I think I've posted this in another thread...but hey...I'm a proud new owner, so what the heck? :)
http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...terCONSOLE.jpg
1998 20' Lund Alaskan Center Console with a 2002 90hp Merc. 2-stroke. Since that photo was taken, the trailer has new tires, a Minn Kota V2/60"/PowerDrive bow-mount with on-board charger and an anchor pulley up front for hoisting the Richter anchor up from the depths. :)
Just completed building the custom mounts for the rod holders and will be installing it/them in the coming days. Also just replaced the stereo's splash guard. Nothing glamorous there, the cover on the old/worn one blew off.
Other than the fact that this new (to me) beast can't be launched in the kind of skinny/crappy/shallow/end of a gravel road launch like my old/smaller boat could...I really dig it. Really wanted something that could take the rougher water when called-upon to do so. So far, so good.
19ft Seabird, 302 HO with Holley Carbs and Offenhauser Intake, Dry Exhaust, Very Loud, Very Fast.
Bought this just before I met my wife. Because of our schedules we spent most of our time on it after 10pm out on Lake O out from Frenchmans in Pickering. After getting married I sold her, just too expensive for gas. A run from Frenchmans to The Docks and back would run between $110 - $130 depending on the day. It was costing a grand a month just for gas.
Funny story.... went through rough stuff one day near the nuke plant in Darlington. That night around 11 got stranded about 2 km from shore on Lake O, water had got in the gas tank through the vents. Volunteer Fire dept came and towed us back around 2am. Good thing it was warm and not too rough. Also good thing for volunteer firemen!

Posted to this thread last year as well. I had the 20' Bayliner Trophy. This spring I installed the new motor I bought for it last fall (2008 Merc 150 EFI) and decided it was time to sell as my wife and I are expecting a baby in August.
Went downt to the states and picked up this 2000 Nitro 185 fish/ski. Good looking boat with a 150 Merc on it with new power head. Put a pair of Cannon Mag 10's on either side but will definatly have to pick and choose my salmon days more with this boat. Not quite as big, heavy and high out of the water like the Trophy was.

I usually prefer to rent when I need something bigger.I even tackled the ST-lAWRENCE ON THIS MOTOR POWERED PELICAN PADDLEBOAT ,YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE EXPRESSION ON THE GUYS FACES WHEN PASSING ME WITH THEIR 30 FOOT YACHTS ! RIDE THE WAKE LIKE A SOB...
