    Iíll take a sleeve of salted crackers and crush them into powder. And dump them on a plate. I take three eggs put them in a bowl and whisk them. I then take the fillet dip in the egg then into the crushed crackers sometimes I will dip again in the egg and back into the crushed crackers again. I take a nice little bit of butter put in the frying pan and melt and put the fillets in. About the best fish batter I have had.

    According to me Southern breading was okay, but like you said, it is quite time consuming. I also liked the Cronzy mix.
