If anyone does not know, there is a real world example of people conditioning animals to behave opposite of what the people intentioned .
Refugees in Africa fleeing thru the Kurger National Park wilderness at night were banging pot and pans or pieces of metal to scare off lions. The lions in turn learned to associate the banging of metal as an easy meal.
