17th moose..
Here is a shot of my 17th moose, didn't think I would even buy a tag with the poor moose count numbers and management by the MNR. Non the less my brother and cousin come up so I went n spent my 70$ and here is the receipt.2016 calf.jpg

It's very nice that you have the pictures to remember the good times. Nothing better than being able to look back at old pictures from the past with pride and say, "That was my Father, Grandfather or Great Grandfather", etc. Geesh, you ARE one lucky guy and obviously a skilled moose hunter. Wonderful that you did not have to pay a high price for that moose. $70 is pretty cheap and the 3 of you had a great time. Hope you play 649. Your hunting group is lucky to have you. Congratulations on a job well done. Looks like a very well placed shot too

very good to see a moose from Englehart
I have not hunted up there in a lot of years I would like to pm you and ask if some of the guys I hunted with are still around up there

Red oak finally got time to get on comp again as it is raining , I replied to your pm.
Well wholly oh we got a bull tag for 28 this season , last year was 2013 and I filled the tag with a real lil guy. Wonder if I could get a bet or two on the tag getting filled? Wishing you all the best this hunting season stay safe and remember Nail em..
