Oh.
Sorry, a case of mistaken identity.
Think it's Gilroy?
My attitude towards you depends upon how you have treated me.

Yup.
That's definitely him.
Prolly tells her how to do it properly, instead of letting her go flappin' off the pole by accident and causing a great big headache.
I wonder what happens when he yells, "Show me your safe hands!!!"
Perhaps. I see a resemblance .

Has there ever been a creation so blatantly designed to produce money for its creator?
Like when did Elf on the Shelf become a thing? It seems like *bam* it just appeared everywhere.
My house does not participate. Never will.

I agree
My kids love it and wake up every morning excited to go find her. And to be honest its kind of fun setting it up, and yes its only a month.

Wow you sound like a really fun dad................
What are you even talking about, other than the initial cost of the elf itself (a toy) there is no other costs, no different than any other toy you buy your kids other than this one brings a ton of joy to the kids and they pay attention to it for a whole month every year.........which is more than you can say about a lot of toys that cost a lot more!
First thing my daughter does every day when she gets up is look to see what the elf is doing, the more mischief he gets in the better in her eyes........lol
I love fishing but REALLY it is just a way to pass time until hunting season!!!!

My daughter will enjoy Christmas plenty without a creepy elf peering at her from dark corners of the living room. I assure you she isnt missing elf on the shelf.

I'm sure she will and I hope she has a great xmas. It's a great time of year for the kids and for parents to see the joy it brings them.
