    I am close to tillsonburg. I'd you do get a deer give send me a message and I will help you cut it up. I even have a spot to hang a few deer.

    You only need a 5 inch fillet knife. Bone out the different muscle groups and cut to meal sizes and package ( I vacuum seal ).

    Troy Spicer in Aylmer started doing it last year with a couple of folks. Troy is a honest guy with a ton of experience 519-719-0922. I believe Johnson Meats north of Aylmer on Glencolin also does deer.

    He may be in an apartment or a rental unit with no garage, I remember those days, I still went out hunting but I had to plan around using a friends tree on the hunting property to break down a deer if required, not ideal.

    NEVER take it to Gourmet meats on Hwy 6 in Mount Hope - HIGHLY overpriced. I asked for a regular cut and they charged me for a Deluxe cut which I have no idea as to why as all I wanted was ground meat and bone in stew meat (NO special cuts). Then they took it upon them selves to add beef to my ground meat which I did not ask for!!! never never never again
