Maybe when it all becomes legal, they should start selling those little bubble blower kits in the hunting section? Should keep the stoners occupied while sitting in their stand?

At our camp, alcohol in the bush will get you fired. It'll be the same with a joint.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

to answer the ops question it all depends on the person and their tolerance...also the strain of pot makes a big difference. Some medicinal strains do not even give you a buzz or alter your perception they simply reduce pain and swelling similar to a Tylenol/ibuprofen. Although most smokers are not smoking those strains and should wait until after the hunt to partake. Same goes for any prescribed narcotic/barbutuate etc.
In all honesty having a drink is more detrimental then a smoke for me...alcohol for me makes me overconfident and sloppy. Im forgetful whether I have a puff or not, but alcohol has a much greater negative effect on my nervous system and hand eye coordination but the opposite could be true for someone who does not smoke and partakes occasionally...for me a puff doesnt do anything its maybe after 10 puffs that coordination drops...similar if I have 4 or more beers...regardless everyone should wait till hunt is over before getting screwed up whichever poison you pick. If Im fishing though I dont mind having a few if somebody sober is driving the boat.

Who would ever have thought we would have to worry about smoking doobies at the hunt camp?... taking a stash along with you.
For me it would be the same as alcohol , when the hunt and everything is over ...okay. Then again, TLC affects everyone differently - as does alcohol. Long term paranoia is common. Not sure I'd want someone in the hunt camp with paranoia and a gun.
My big problem with the new law coming out is the age limit. Well known evidence of the tremendous BAD effect is has on the adolescent brain. Age should have been 21 not 19.

Boy - what is this world coming to anyway - why do you need anything when your hunting - are we so screwed up that we need something to alter reality - all we need is a bunch of drunks and pot heads roaming the woods with guns - bring along a thermos of coffee and a sandwich - liverwursh and onion on rye

The bigger question is why do we pick and choose what we want the government to control? All the complaining about gun laws, hunting laws, etc, why do you care if someone wants to toke once in a while. Alcohol is legal and has the potential for massive health problems but yet nobody is coming out wanting to ban that.
So you support the government selling a product that isn't good for you?
I grew up in the 70's and 80's so yeah we smoked a hell of a lot of weed. I'm not anti weed, far from it. I find it extremely hypocritical for government to get into the business knowing if is harmful to your health. You wanna smoke, no problem grow your own, we used to. Many of my neighbors do. Good for them. But to sell it knowing it's bad for you should be grounds for class action suits.

I’m suspicious of people who don't like dogs, but I trust a dog who doesn't like a person.
