It would quite enlightening to be able to see how many nuclear subs are parked in the South China Sea and the Pacific Ocean around Japan,the Korean Peninsula and by which countries. If (when?) a nuclear attack comes,that's most likely the launch vehicles.

NK doesn't have nuclear subs,they're the old noisy diesel jobs (like ours) that can be heard for 200 miles in any direction. They'd be torpedoed and nobody would ever hear anything about it other than it was "lost". I'd be more concerned about Russian and Chinese "boomers".
