Its like they're trying to eradicate the deer in 47.

Been 3 years since I hunted 47, not a lot of deer than. They make it sound like there are deer behind every tree. I'd say it used to be really good, but now it seems to me that it is ok. I didn't see any deer for the last couple I hunted there, there were sign and locals did ok on drives. 4000 just sounds high to me.

The gun to bow ratio seems out of wack!! 
I really hope 92 has some additional bow only tags. It's getting expensive hunting in Michigan to top up my meat supply...lol

I hope you realize that those numbers include all seasons in those WMUs that do not have a controlled hunt. In the case of my zone, 66A, that includes the bow season, general gun season and muzzle loader, meaning that covers every day from Oct 1st to Dec 31st, it does not specify gun, the archery seasons specify bow only as they have controlled hunts for their gun hunts and the validation system is different for that.
