Wonder what the story was...it may have been intentional, but then again he may have accidentally shot the 2nd one because of the shot spread. Either way, nice to see he manned up and plead guilty.

Wow, $1,200 bucks......that is sure to help keep one honest but $1,200 bucks seems pretty steep compared to some other charges I have heard/read about.

Poor bugger, the second $600 fine, not tagging, isn't applicable anymore..just to rub salt in the wound ...LOL....

The not tagging fine was for the first one he shot so was applicable.

Poor bugger ? rub salt in the wound ? By not tagging either bird clear he was planning on going out for more.
Career poacher should of got his license suspended too!
