Zanman, Bruce Peninsula is a very special place indeed!
My wife's family had a cottage on Cape Chin North area for a good forty years and I was married into the family for fifteen of those years. I never managed to catch a single fish from the Georgian Bay side, but had occasional success out of Stoke's Bay on Lake Huron side. As for hunting, everybody hunted Johnsons Harbour in the old times and I tried my luck there from ~1993 to ~2007 when we sold the cottage.
One thing that I can tell you is to double check what you have called "Crown Land" here. A lot of those places are now called "National Park" or "Nature Reserve" and hunting opportunities might be subject to different rules compared to other "Crown Land" in the province! Once upon a time I was told by a few ATV riders that I "wasn't allowed to hunt" where I was hunting because it had just been declared a "National Park".
Now, I don't want to spread false information on the forum, and I sure do not know or have the up-to-date rules and regulations regarding that area. But it's your money and your investment, so please make sure...
I just happen to be a full-time realtor since 2005 by the way, and I have seen a thing or three when it comes to assumptions in real estate transactions.

A quick check on the Ontario Crown land atlas reveals No Crown land near Miller Lake that I can see.

There is some great fishing, salmon and lake trout out of Lions Head, It,s the place to go when Lake Huron side is rough.
We fished up there for many years till my b.i.l. died and my sister sold their cottage at Stokes Bay [ Parker Island ]
We also hunted and fished out of Johnson Harbour as my buddies parents had a cottage there.
